Jessica Fernandez

Jessica Fernandez joins the The Weather Channel en Español from WSVN Channel 7 in Miami. She previously held positions as a meteorologist at Telemundo Las Vegas in Nevada and NBC KGNS 8 Gray Television in Laredo, Texas. She earned a Master's of Professional Science degree in Broadcast Meteorology from the University of Miami. She also holds Bachelor of Science degree in Communications & Television Production from Florida International University.

Jessica is a Florida girl, born and raised in Broward County, Florida. When she's not in front of the camera, she enjoys watching stand-up comedy, listening to comedian podcasts, dancing and spending time with friends and family.
