Find your User ID

When you submit a Do Not Sell or Share privacy request, you may be asked for your User ID. Your User ID is a unique identifier that helps us locate your data and process your request - even if you do not have an account with us.

You can find your User ID inside the Privacy Preferences panel in any of our apps or on our website. It is displayed at the bottom of the panel and looks like this:

Follow the steps below for your device or platform.

Web (Local Now and all Weather Group web properties)

1. Visit the website and scroll to the footer at the bottom of the page
2. Click Manage Your Privacy Settings or Manage Cookie Settings
3. The Privacy Preferences panel will open
4. Scroll to the bottom of the panel
5. Your User ID is displayed at the bottom, labelled User ID

iOS (iPhone and iPad) or Android

1. Open the app on your device
2. Tap Account Settings (usually found in the menu or your profile)
3. Tap Privacy or Privacy Preferences
4. The Privacy Preferences panel will open
5. Scroll to the bottom of the panel
6. Your User ID is displayed at the bottom, labelled User ID

Android TV / Roku / Amazon Fire TV / Vizio / Samsung (Tizen)

1. Open the app on your Android TV
2. Navigate to Account Settings using your remote
3. Select Privacy or Privacy Preferences
4. The Privacy Preferences panel will open
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the panel
6. Your User ID is displayed at the bottom, labelled User ID
