On-Camera Meteorologist

Felicia Combs can be seen on The Weather Channel television network sharing her passion for the weather with viewers. Whether it be from in the studio or live, on location, Felicia’s happy place is talking about the weather and how it affects viewers' daily lives.

Felicia joined the network in June 2019 from WSVN in Miami. Prior to that, she worked in West Palm Beach, Florida. While in Florida, Felicia covered the two major hurricanes that directly impacted south Florida, including Matthew and Irma. Growing up in Florida, Felicia is no stranger to tropical weather and the impact it can have on lives. Felicia lived in Central Florida during the historic 2004 hurricane season when Hurricanes Charley, Frances and Jeanne wreaked havoc on her hometown. For this reason, Felicia is excited to be a part of The Weather Channel team with their commitment to being the most trusted provider of weather information, including hurricane coverage.

Felicia began her career in Macon, Georgia where she spent a couple years covering the central Georgia weather before moving on to Springfield, Missouri. While in Missouri, Felicia covered all types of weather from tornado outbreaks to winter storms and historic flooding.

Felicia has a degree in journalism from the University of Central Florida and an operational meteorology degree from Mississippi State University. She is a member of the National Weather Association and has their seal of approval for on-camera meteorologists.
